If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt-out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or other uses that may be considered targeted advertising for the device and browser you used to visit our website.

  • Always trim wicks to 1/4" prior to burning - use your fingers, a scissors, or a wick trimmer. The easiest way with a wood wick is to break the burnt tip off with your fingers.
  • Coconut wax may not create a full melt pool (wax may hang up on the sides) until burned half way down the vessel.
  • Allow your candle to be lit 3-4 hours for best results.
  • Keep away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable objects
  • Always burn on a heat resistant, level surface and do not move when lit
  • Never burn longer than 4 hours in one sitting 
  • When 1/2" of wax remains in the vessel, do not relight
  • Do not pour melted wax on your body or down a drain
  • Always burn your candles within sight 
  • Not for human consumption
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with face, eyes and broken skin.
  • Keep away from flame/high heat. Avoid direct contact with wood and other finished surfaces as it may cause discoloration.  
  • Always test on fabrics in unseen area.

We currently only ship domestically.

At this time, each order is hand-made at time of order. Expect orders to be processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a high volume of orders is experienced, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, please factor in a few days for transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Damages:

You have 48 hours from the time you receive the product to contact us if your items arrive damaged. Please include photo proof and we will file a claim with the carrier.  

At this time, we are not accepting refunds and returns. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can try to rectify the situation.
