What are your candles made of?

We use a premium Coconut Apricot and Beeswax wax blend paired with high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils and wooden wicks. Each vessel is handcrafted from white hydrostone for a natural, minimalist look.

Do you make your vessels?

Yes. Every candle is poured into a handmade hydrostone vessel created in-house. Speckle colors vary by scent and are hand-painted for a subtle, artisanal finish.

What does “flameless” mean?

Our flameless options—including wax melts, room + linen sprays, and reed diffusers—offer long-lasting fragrance without lighting a wick. They’re perfect for offices, dorms, and low-flame environments.

Are your products clean and safe?

Yes. We use clean-burning wax, high-quality wooden wicks, and fragrance oils that follow all IFRA safety standards. Our ingredient choices focus on creating a safe, gentle burn with beautiful scent throw.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles typically burn 30-55 hours, depending on care and environment. Proper wick trimming and allowing the melt pool to reach the edges will help maximize burn time.

How do I care for my wooden wick?

Keep your wick trimmed to roughly ⅛ inch before each burn. If the flame becomes weak or goes out, blow it out, trim the charred wood, and relight.

Why does my candle tunnel?

Coconut wax doesn't tunnel like soy wax can. Instead, coconut wax might leave some "hang up" on the sides of the vessel that will "catch up" and melt when the candle is about half burned. 

Are the vessels reusable?

Definitely. Once your candle is finished, simply remove any leftover wax and wick clip. You can reuse the vessel for décor, storage, or refill it using our wax refills designed specifically for our jars.

Do you offer wax refills?

Yes. Our refills are made to fit perfectly into our vessels—just empty your finished jar, insert the refill, and enjoy.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you’d like local pickup, just reach out before ordering and we’ll coordinate the best option available at the moment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
